I am pleased to HIGHLY RECOMMEND COTTONWOOD CYCLERY! My first visit was on a busy Saturday afternoon, with a brakepad-less Mt.Bike and my long ride plans fading rapidly. The owner, Allan, and his extremely capable staff; John, Chris and Kenny made all efforts to see that I could get out to my Saturday ride. Since the mechanics appeared to be "on it", I had some other adjustments performed that had been needed for some weeks. When complete, John told me it would ride "better than new" and he was right! My Santa Cruz has never ridden better in the 2 years since I purchased it.
Every staff member went the extra mile and produced great results.
